We are excited to welcome you and your newest learner to the BCS family! Please use the information below to help make your school enrollment process quick and easy.

Online enrollment is now open! Please contact your school to make an in-person appointment for Kindergarten Open House during the week of April 7-11.

Per state policy, students must be 5 years of age by June 30, 2025, to be eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Early Entrance Testing is offered to students who turn 5 during by July 31, 2025, ONLY. Please contact Beverly Hoffmaster, Early Learning Coordinator, for further assistance.

Your student's school is determined by where your student resides. Please click on the icon below, type in your street address, and select the pull-down menu to select "grade" level. For Kindergarten students, select Grade 1 to find your school location.

NOTE: If you are having trouble accessing the "Find My School, Bus, or Stop" website, please call the Transportation Office at (304) 267-3575 for further assistance.

You will be asked to upload this documentation at the end of the enrollment form.

Once you complete your online enrollment, don't forget to sign up for Kindergarten Open House! This event allows you to meet our staff and get acclimated to a new school before the school year begins. Open Houses will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. during the week of April 7-11, 2025. Please contact your school to schedule your appointment during these time frames.

Our staff will review your submission to ensure it meets all enrollment criteria. If any information is missing, we will reach out to complete our file.
