Catch My Breath is a free vaping prevention program for schools in West Virginia that helps students make informed decisions about e-cigarettes. The program is evidence-based and has been shown to reduce vaping among youth. This program is free to schools in the United States. Berkeley County Schools is leading the state with Catch My Breath and has implemented the program for students in Grades 5-8.
