School Supply Lists
An exciting new school year is approaching and school supply list updates are available as you plan for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The supply lists included in the link below represent suggested items that you may supply at your discretion. If you have questions regarding the suggested supply lists, please contact your school.
High School students will receive information regarding supplies from teachers on the first day of school.
West Virginia Tax-Free shopping for back-to-school is August 1-4, 2025!

Student Orientation Information
We're excited to welcome your student back to school! Student orientation dates are as follows:
Primary/Elementary Schools: Thursday, August 14, 2025, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Intermediate Schools: Wednesday, August 13, 2025, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Middle Schools: Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
High Schools: Wednesday, August 13, 2025, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The first day of school for students is Tuesday, August 19, 2025!
Don't forget to mark your calendar for important school year events, holidays, and more.
Please note: Some schools may host additional back-to-school events. Those details will be shared directly by the individual schools.

Update Annual Emergency Information
Does your child have allergies, special medications or diets? We need to know. AND, we need to know who to contact in case of emergency.
You can complete your Annual Emergency Information Update beginning in late August!

Receive NTouch Alerts/Messages
Your school and the district want to share the most current news, updates, activities and celebrations with you. NTouch email, texts, and phone calls are provided to the primary & secondary contacts for each student. If you have not already done so, be sure to complete the Annual Emergency Information Update so you won't miss these messages.

Provide Immunization Records
Before school starts, proof or required immunizations must be provided to your student's school. Students could be delayed in starting if immunizations are not provided.

Review Student Transportation Information
Be sure to review your child's bus stop and bus stop supervision requirements . The new Edulog Parent Portal App can notify you when your child's bus is close to the bus stop.

Charge Student Devices
As summer winds down, we’d like to remind families to check on school-issued devices that came home for the break. Please make sure devices are charged, in working order, and ready to return for the new school year. If your student’s device needs attention, now is the perfect time to submit a help ticket.

Submit Students Absences Online
Regular school attendance matters, but if your student misses school, you can submit your student's absence online using the Parent Absence Note Form
