EACH CHILD MUST HAVE A SEPARATE FORM

Dear Parents/Guardians:

A Car Rider Form must be completed and returned when a parent is planning to transport a student from school on a daily basis. This will allow for a more rapid dismissal of your student. Parents and guardians will wait in the Car Rider area at this time.

Important Things to Remember

1. Parking- Parents will park next door at Bethel Assembly of God Church, walk to door #7 on the church side of the school and enter the building. (Please do not park on the church’s grass).

2. Waiting for the Student- Please after arriving at  Door #7, please remain in the designated Car Rider area. Please sign your student out and a staff member will assist you.
