A traffic accident near the square in Hedgesville is causing significant traffic delays. As a result, bus routes serving Hedgesville and other schools throughout the county may experience delays. Please be patient as our drivers navigate the traffic congestion. Thank you for your understanding.
Berkeley County Schools will administer its annual Bullying Prevention Survey to students in grades K-12 by the third week of November. The survey is voluntary and does not collect student names. Parents/guardians who do not want their child to participate must notify their child’s school in writing by Friday, Oct. 30. Learn more and review sample surveys.
Reminder: All Berkeley County Schools will dismiss 2.5 hours early on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, due to Faculty Senate Meetings. Please plan accordingly!

We are excited to share with you that we kicked off our school’s fall fundraiser today! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need your support to reach our school’s fundraising goal. All of the funds raised will benefit our school and our teacher appreciation gifts.
Here are the quick steps to support our school in less then 10 minutes from your phone!
1. Join the fundraiser by scanning the QR code on our fundraising flyer or go to www.shopfund.com & enter our school’s name
2. Add your Student’s Name & Profile Picture
3. Add at least 10 contacts/supporters (25 is the goal)
4. Shop & Support your student
TOMORROW is PRIZE DAY MANIA! Don’t forget to complete the quick steps by tonight and return your student’s GOLDEN TICKET to school by tomorrow morning to be entered. We will be giving away over $500 in prizes tomorrow afternoon!!
✔️ If your student sells 5 or more items, we will reach our school’s fundraising goal!!
✔️ If your student sells 20 items or more, they will attend the LIMO LUNCH PIZZA PARTY during school!
✔️ If your student sells 30 items or more, they will get to invite a friend or sibling from our school to attend the LIMO LUNCH PIZZA PARTY as well!
