School counselors provide academic planning with students and parents/guardians both individually and in group settings.  Academic planning occurs annually when students complete scheduling for the next year's courses and during their one-on-one Personalized Education Plan (PEP) meeting.

Scheduling typically occurs between the months of November and January each school year.  Students are presented information about the Program of Studies and given a Scheduling Form to complete with parents/guardians.  Scheduling Forms returned and reviewed with the school counselor.  For more information about scheduling, check out our Scheduling page.
