e-Book Libraries:

DESTINY DISCOVER

These are text and audio books that you can read on or offline from the computer once downloaded to a device. 

Students will use their Schoology username and password to login to this site. Students are allowed to check out one eBook at a time unless the title has unlimited access. Unlimited use titles have the infinity symbol (∞)

Staff will need to email the school librarian for login information. 

SORA (also available on Clever)

Sora gives you access to thousands of ebooks from the public library you can read right on your devices! Find the link on Clever. You may be asked to sign in to Berkeley County school by using your @stu.k12.wv.us email address (the beginning of your email is your Schoology login- part of your name with a number).

To add the Martinsburg Public Library, select add a library, enter the zip code 25404, then select Listen Eastern West Virginia. The first time you check out a book you will enter your email again when it asks for a library card number.

Mrs. Mills

I am excited for my eighth year as Librarian at North Middle!

I love to read, sing, play piano, write song parodies, spend time with my new grandchildren, and travel with my husband.

We will learn and do many important and interesting things in the library this year, including learning about censorship, plagiarism, how to find trustworthy sources for research, fake vs real news, finding books you like, ebook resources, and much more!

I have always loved to read. This is a picture of me with my grandma.
