Homeschool

Homeschool is for students whose parent or guardian wishes to educate a child or children in the home setting. Minimum requirements include proof of high school diploma or GED credential. A high school transcript showing graduation is acceptable. Assessment or portfolio evaluation must be obtained on an annual basis, and are submitted to the BCS Office of Attendance and Homeschool at the end of grades 3, 5, 8, and 11 by June 30. 

Hope Scholarship

The Hope Scholarship program requires an application through the Treasurer’s Office. Hope Scholarship requires a parent to apply through the program with proof of high school diploma or equivalent. Assessment or portfolio evaluation must be obtained and submitted to the BCS Office of Attendance and Homeschool at the end of every academic year by June 8th. Failure to submit the annual assessment will result in a termination of funding for the following school year.
