Ron Stephens has been sworn in as the next Superintendent for Berkeley County Schools.

After serving one year in the interim role, Mr. Ronald E. Stephens IV was sworn in as our next Superintendent of Schools by the Honorable Judge Debra McLaughlin of the 23rd Judicial Circuit at Monday's Regular Board of Education Meeting.
Mr. Stephens is a 30+ year veteran educator with more than 20 years of service to Berkeley County Schools. He and his wife Joette, also a 30+ year veteran educator, have three sons, who are all BCS graduates.
Congratulations, Ron!

The learning never stops at Summer SOLE! Students are learning new skills by creating letters with their own printing press made from potatoes. Thank you to Mrs. Sonya Shockey for engaging students in this fun activity!
