Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to Berkeley Heights! This year will be filled with excitement and learning for all students. The staffulty at Berkeley Heights Elementary works hard to prepare engaging and content-specific lessons to ensure academic excellence daily in all subject areas.  We are all very excited to welcome you into our positive environment!

Academic achievement and student success are a priority at Berkeley Heights Elementary. Students are supported and encouraged to meet a high standard of academic excellence as they learn valuable skills. Our students will participate in a variety of learning opportunities in and outside of the classroom to enhance the curriculum provided by the WV Department of Education.

The staffulty at Berkeley Heights Elementary wants to help each child shine.   In order to do so, we want to partner with parents throughout the school year to accomplish this important task. You can participate in your child’s education by reading with your child nightly and by attending school events and activities.

Please view our school website or Class Dojo for important information and dates. All students will also have a folder to take home classwork for parents to see and for parents to send notes to the teacher. Communication between home and school is essential for student success!
