As summer approaches, WVU Medicine is excited to announce its annual Sports Physicals & Health Fest event, offering free health screenings and physical examinations for athletes and fine arts students.
The event will be hosted at the new location, the WVU Health Sciences Center on the Berkeley Medical Center campus, conveniently located behind the Dorothy McCormack Center.
Tuesday, June 4th, 5:30 to 7:30 pm: Musselman, Spring Mills, and Berkeley Springs
Wednesday, June 5th 5:30 to 7:30 pm: Martinsburg and Hedgesville
Thursday, June 6th 5:30 to 7:30 pm: Middle school students and those who missed the 4th and 5th
Important Information:
Reach out to your school's Athletic Director and Coaches for additional details and all necessary forms.
Students must come with completed forms, including a guardian's signature, before registration to receive their physical examination.
Middle school students MUST have a guardian present during the event.
Registration opens promptly at 5:00 pm each evening, and students must register by 7:00 pm to ensure they receive their physical examination.
