     We are very excited to welcome a new group of students for the 2016 - 2017 school year.  Valley View is a place where the staff motivates students to be Accountable, have Integrity, and be Respectful to others.  We look forward to a great year!

  • Red ribbon Red Ribbon Week

    Next week we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week with the following activities:


    Monday, October 24th - Red Ribbon Day - Wear Red!!!


    Tuesday, October 25th - No School for Students


    Wednesday, October 26th - I Am Too Smart to Start -  Dress up as what you want to be when you grow up.


    Thursday, October 27th - I Am Living Happily Ever After - Dress like your faforite Character from a book


    Friday, October 28th - The Future is Bright - Students will receive red sunglasses to wear during non-academic times

  • Trunk or Treat

    Valley View's Annual Trunk or Treat will take place on Thursday, October 27th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.  This event is open to VVES students and their immediate family members.  We are in need of candy donations! If you are able to donate bags of candy, we would greatly appreciate it.  You may drop it off in the office at any time throughout the school day.

      A program designed to expand broadband adoption among low-income American households with at least one child eligible to receive free or reduced price school lunches.  Once in the program, participants receive fast, affordable Internet service for $9.95/mo + tax, the option to purchase a computer for just $150 and access to free digital literacy training.  


      Internet Essentials

        Also, look for papers to come home this fall regarding free Office 365 download!  Every child enrolled in Berkeley County Schools has 5 free downloads of Office 365.  This includes many applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.  Your child has also been assigned his or her own email address.   If you have questions after you receive the paper, please talk to your child's teacher and he or she will put you in contact with someone who can help.
